"I attended my first yoga class over 10 years ago and it was like nothing I’d ever done before. I’d ran, rode bikes and swam for most of my life, I was a snowboarder, I loved to surf and skateboard, and was no stranger to the gym. But Yoga was different. It worked my body all over, I felt more energised yet calmer. I felt awesome!

I immersed myself in all manner of different Yoga styles, trying to find ‘the’ one. I studied Sports Science, Anatomy & Physiology, and Mindfulness before my lightbulb moment of realising that Yoga is what you want it to be. Yoga sets us free to focus on what matters most.

For me, what matters is a Fitness of body; strength, flexibility, movement, and Fitness of mind; a blend of sharpness and inner peace. Match this with a progressive approach and we are always improving, getting better at being yourself.

Yoga is for everyone, being ‘not strong’ or ‘not bendy’ or ‘have no balance’ are perfect reasons to do it! My biggest buzz is seeing students feel they are gaining from their practice and being inspired inside and outside of class."
