Why do we have neck and shoulder tension, mental tension, jaw pain and headaches?

Usually it is reactive, dealing with symptoms rather than the cause.

By understanding the mechanics of the shoulder girdle, our shoulders and neck become a place of ease and comfort, this can relieve a multitude of syptoms and leave you with a deep sense of peace in your body and mind.

 In this workshop you will:

  • Experience the power of Imagery, touch and movement exercises to lengthen and balance shoulder and neck musculature
  • Learn how to melt away tension and associated mental anxiety
  • Experience how the design of the shoulder girdle suspends from the ribcage
  • Learn the experiential anatomy of the shoulder girdle and benefit from and increased awareness of the function and interaction of associated joints and muscles.
