Workshop: Posture Basics 1

A 3 hour workshop for all abilities to explore the relationship between posture, breath, muscular tension and emotional well-being. 

£30 Limited to 8 people

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Anatomy and function of the deep core muscles
  • What is good posture and how to ''read'' a body
  • The affect of gravity , breath and stress on posture and pain
  • Exploring restorative yoga to build and find stability
  • How to use foam rollers and props to self massage correctly
  • Coaching in breathing and walking
  • Mindfulness and meditation for stability and wellbeing
