Beautiful Wooda Farm is tucked away in a peaceful valley in the hills above Crackington Haven, arock and sand beach on the quietest part of the South West coast – North Cornwall.
The Farm in its secluded location, first and foremost offers peace and quiet (apart from the rustle of the surrounding trees) perfect for us to focus and concentrate on our bodies. The convertedBarn is a unique studio space for the sessions we have planned, the main farmhouse has beautiful open fires, there is a smaller cottage, also for accommodation, more than enough parking and an idyllic farm for you to explore, with roaming sheep and goats. Dating back to1317 it offers plenty of character and has been renovated with a great balance of contemporary with a clear nod to the traditional, when the winds blow much of the electricity for the farm is generated by its own wind turbine. Crackington Haven is a little further down the coast from Bude (around an hour’s drive from NorthDevon) it’s a quaint North Cornish coastal village, with a couple of beachside tea rooms and a pub. The beach is a mixture of pebbles, rocks and sandat lower tide, the rocks and caves are great forexploring and the cliff at the North of the beachadds drama to the already spectacular landscapeas being the highest in Cornwall (only beaten byour own hangman’s hill in Combe Martin assouthern England’s highest) We have chosen the Farm and the setting for the fresh air, natural views, peace, quiet and the abilityto blow away your daily worries.

Accommodation
The quaint main farmhouse offers two twin rooms and a single with a shared bathroom, the quainter (if that’s possible) smaller cottage has twin and single room, bathroom and its own kitchen and living space. There are plenty of comfy rooms to sit in quiet and enjoy the views or a film and of course you can join the bustle and sit with a cup of tea in the large farmhouse kitchen. If the suns out there are benches and tables to sit and take in the outside, or perhaps you would rather use the studio between sessions for some meditation or even more exercise
The Food
Wherever possible the delicious home cooked Vegetarian food is sourced from the farm itself, if not from local organic produce. All put together in the big open country kitchen where you are welcome to sit and enjoy a cup of tea whilst its’ being prepared. It is important that we reTfuel between sessions with quality food to get the best out of our bodies, and much has been said about the benefits of connecting with locally sourced food that is in season.
The Activities
There is yet more to do, if you wish, beyond the schedule – plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from, a trip down to the local pub if you fancy a late night drink, a tour of the farm itself, a late night movie on the big screen in the studio perhaps.
